Job summary

Fitzroy is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Amsterdam to act as the main link between clients and our creative team. You will translate client wishes into clear assignments, prepare proposals, plan projects and monitor progress and budgets.

You’ll liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful outcomes. You should bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent Dutch and English communication, and the ability to motivate teams in busy environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as account manager or project manager in advertising or creative industry.
• You are communicative, commercially driven and client-focused.
• You know how to motivate creative teams and maintain oversight in hectic situations.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding client relationships; you are the main contact for clients and understand their goals.
• Coordinating campaigns and creative projects from briefing to delivery.
• Monitoring budgets, deadlines and the quality of work.
• Preparing proposals, schedules and goals.
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for clients and contributing to new strategies.
• Ensuring an optimal balance between client satisfaction and team workload.
