Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to drive growth with major international QSR chains, hotel groups, cruise lines and contract caterers from an Amsterdam/London base. You will manage EPDM Key Accounts, own the risks and opportunities pipeline, and coordinate cross-country actions while delivering impactful sales pitches.

You will lead negotiations, manage multiple stakeholders, and present at business reviews, collaborating with Growth, Finance, Supply, R&D and Culinary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales and Key Accounts Management.
• Preferred but not required: 1+ years of experience in Away From Home.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and joint value creation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to create & deliver sales pitches.
• Proactive, pragmatic and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

About the position:

Join the EPDM Away From Home Team as a Key Accounts Manager and help to Win, Grow & Retain business with the biggest international QSR chains (like McD, BK, KFC, 5 Guys), Hotel groups (like Accor & Hilton), Cruise Lines (like Royal Caribbean) and contract caterers (like Sodexo & Aramark).

In brief, you are responsible for:

• Manage business and relations with EPDM Key Accounts;

• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for EPDM Key Accounts;

• Own the Risks & Opportunities pipeline for EPDM Key Accounts;

• Create & deliver sales pitches;

• Manage international tenders, own negotiations and coordinate actions across countries;

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual customers’ business reviews (internal & external);

• Collaborate with the EPDM cross-functional team (Growth, Finance, Supply, R&D, Culinary).

Qualifications:
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
