Job description

As Affiliate Specialist, you are responsible for driving incremental online sales growth by developing, managing, and optimizing global affiliate partnerships aligned with Bugaboo’s and Joolz’ commercial and brand strategy.

You add value by expanding brand reach, strengthening high-quality publisher relationships, optimizing performance based on data insights, and ensuring all collaborations comply with the group’s global marketing and compliance standards.

This role combines strong commercial understanding with data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and continuously grow the affiliate channel as a scalable revenue driver within the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimise the global affiliate marketing strategy to drive incremental online sales and ensure alignment with Bugaboo’s commercial and brand objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with high-performing affiliates and networks to expand reach and strengthen brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and eCommerce teams to develop and deliver affiliate campaigns that support key product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor affiliate performance through analytics tools, evaluate ROI, and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage the affiliate program budget, commission structures, and contracts to ensure optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective performance outcomes.
• Ensure affiliate activities are aligned with paid media, CRM, SEO, and trading strategies to maximize total digital performance.
• Safeguard brand positioning and ensure all affiliate collaborations comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and global compliance standards.

What you’ll bring to the table

3–5 years of relevant experience

Experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships, ideally within eCommerce, consumer brands, or retail environments. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to manage affiliate programs, optimize performance, and drive incremental online revenue.

Bachelor’s degree (University level)

Preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.

Equivalent professional experience in performance or affiliate marketing may also be considered.

Experience in

• Affiliate marketing program management (preferably global or multi-market)
• Working with affiliate networks/platforms (e.g., Awin, Partnerize)
• Recruiting and managing affiliate partners, including publishers and comparison sites
• Performance analysis and reporting
• Campaign planning and execution in collaboration with eCommerce and brand teams
• Commission models, budget management, and ROI optimizationCross-channel digital marketing collaboration (paid media, CRM, SEO, and trading)
