Job summary

CS GROUP in Noordwijk zoekt een Project Controller voor ondersteuning bij planning, kosten en rapportages. Je beheert CAC-gerelateerde processen en bewaakt budgetten binnen programma's en projecten, met focus op kosten en deadlines.

Daarnaast werk je aan tenderacties, Contract Change Notices en input voor procurement-werkplannen. HBO/bachelor-niveau is vereist en in Nederland wonen is een eis.

• Opleidingsniveau HBO/bachelor.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen bij planning, uitvoering en opvolging van activiteiten met betrekking tot planning, risico's en kosten.
• Assisteren bij het opstellen van Projects CAC-resourceplannen en toezicht op de uitvoering.
• Volgen van budgettaire beperkingen en voorstellen doen voor benodigde transfers.
• Ondersteunen bij tenderacties en Contract Change Notices (CCN's) en prijs/schedule-analyses.
• Invoer leveren voor contractfinanciering en mijlpalen in het systemen van de organisatie.
• Input leveren aan procurement-werkplannen en gerelateerde rapportages.

Job description Support to the planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of activities in terms of schedule, risks, costs including preparation of related reports and provision of management information as required.

• Assisting in preparing, developing, and maintaining Projects' Cost at Completion (CAC)
• In the field of resources (i.e., financial and workload) for programme/project(s):
• Assisting in the preparation of Projects CAC resource plans
• Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the plans in line with
• CAC resource targets, performing forecasting, identifying deviations and related recovery actions, producing related reports
• Checking consistency of financial commitments with budgets
• Following the consumption of financial commitment ceiling and initiating related budgetary transfers as required.
• In the field of procurements and execution of contracts:
• Support the preparation and follow-up of the Agency's tender actions and Contract Change Notices (CCNs)
• Support the proposal evaluations for the price, schedule verification and analysis.
