Addleshaw Goddard Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Associate to work closely with a partner on large matters, leading daily conduct and maintaining regular client contact. You will guide junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the team.

The role emphasizes pragmatic, commercial dispute work for national and international clients, with a focus on M&A disputes and related accounting/financial reporting issues. A dynamic, international environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years and maximum 7 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution.
• Ability to explore alternatives and creative solutions beyond the first answer.
• Experience supervising and supporting junior lawyers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day conduct of major matters with strategic input from a partner.
• Provide client advisory on complex disputes and maintain client contact.
• Supervise and guide junior lawyers in daily practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas (notably Corporate/M&A and Insolvency).
• Contribute to the development of the Dispute Resolution team.
