JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a delivery station supervisor in the Netherlands to help manage daily operations, lead a team of associates, sorters, or drivers, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.

You will train staff, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate with transport and customer service, and adapt to a fast-paced, physical environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.

• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
