Job summary

TMC in Eindhoven seeks an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and implement advanced AM processes within a high-tech production setting. You will collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams to translate designs into scalable, cost-efficient production solutions.

You will contribute to DfAM, validate new processes, and share expertise to continuously advance the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a comparable technical field.
  • Experience with Additive Manufacturing in a production environment, specifically metal-based AM technologies.
  • Familiar with CAD software, manufacturing engineering tools, and process optimization.

  • Develop, improve, and implement Additive Manufacturing processes in a high‑tech production environment.
  • Bridge design concepts and scalable production, collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams.
  • Contribute to Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), validate new processes and share knowledge to develop the organization.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Furthermore, you have experience with Additive Manufacturing in a production environment and are familiar with metal-based AM technologies. You have experience with CAD software, manufacturing engineering tools, and process optimization. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in a technical environment where collaboration and innovation take center stage. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
