You are responsible for coordinating technical development activities and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to successfully bring high-quality solutions to the market. You operate in a multidisciplinary team where you play a key role in the development of reliable and future-proof emission control systems. You leverage your knowledge of vehicle technology, OBD calibration, scan tools, and CAN communication to solve technical challenges and continuously improve products. As an Employeneur at TMC, you combine the security of a permanent position with the freedom, responsibility, and entrepreneurship to shape your own career.What we expect from youYour challengesCalibrating and optimizing control parameters for diesel, hybrid, electric drivetrains, and Battery Management Systems (BMS)Analyzing vehicle, engine, and battery data to further enhance system performanceDeveloping, testing, and validating control strategies for engine, hybrid, electric drivetrains, and BMSPerforming calibration activities on test benches, in simulations, and during vehicle testingWorking closely with control engineers, software engineers, and system engineersEnsuring systems meet performance, emission, and legal requirementsYour profileA completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, or a comparable technical fieldExperience with vehicle control systems, calibration processes, or automotive controlKnowledge of model-based development and control engineeringExperience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plusExperience with diesel engines, Battery Management Systems (BMS), or electrification is a strong advantageWere you actively involved in a technical student team during your studies, such as University Racing Eindhoven (URE), Formula Student, or a similar project team?
