Job summary

The Member Company in Apeldoorn is seeking a Modeling Work Preparation Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will create models and drawings for work planning and the development of a 4D schedule, and you will ensure all models meet our standards.

You will collaborate with work planners and other modelers, review drawings, and contribute to execution and design with precision and an entrepreneurial mindset. Training and career growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience with modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, or Synchro.
• Enjoy contributing to the execution and design process as a modeler and project planner.
• Precise, solution-focused and team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Creating models and drawings for work planning and execution (temporary structures, earthworks, site layout, crane setups).
• Delivering models for the development of a 4D schedule.
• Consulting with the project team about clashes and interfaces and solutions.
• Coordinating with other modelers and reviewing drawings.
• Monitoring the progress of the documents you prepare.
