Job summary

Ritchie Bros. in Breda, NL is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage supplier and customer payments, verify documents, and ensure timely processing under our SOX controls. You will input invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP, maintain AP subledgers, and follow up on unpaid invoices across multiple EMEA sites.

This role requires 2+ years of AP experience and professional English. A residence/work permit for the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience (2+ years)
• Professional level English
• Experience with Oracle ERP
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Residence and work permit for the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices, credit notes, POs, refunds, advances and expense reports from multiple offices
• Input data into Basware and Oracle ERP
• Maintain accurate AP subledgers and prepare invoices for payment on time
• Follow up on unpaid and late invoices and resolve discrepancies with site staff
• Ensure proper authorizations per contractual obligations and support month/quarter/year end close
• Assist project teams to improve processes and provide trainings as needed
