JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounting Manager, based in the Netherlands, is a key member of the EMEA Accounting Team within the Chief Accounting Officer’s organization. The role leads a team of accounting professionals and is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities of multiple legal entities while maintaining a strong internal control environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of statutory financial statements, coordinating statutory audits, submitting statutory filings and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting throughout the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
The Accounting Manager promotes a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by strengthening processes, controls, and ways of working. The position is hybrid based in Arnhem, the Netherlands, and reports to the Head of Accounting for the region.
