Job summary

Keenfinity is offering an Accounting Intern position in Eindhoven with a hybrid work setup. You will support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting and gain hands-on experience in financial processes.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or Accounting, be fluent in English, and start in February 2027 for a 6‑month internship, working 32–40 hours per week. An internship allowance is provided.

• Assist with other day‑to‑day accounting and administrative activities in Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Job Description

As an Accounting Intern, you will support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities and gain hands‑on experience in financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing incoming invoices, payments, and basic accounting entries.
• Supporting the maintenance of sub‑ledgers and the general ledger (GL).
• Performing account checks, reconciliations, and routine financial controls.
• Supporting the team in ensuring that financial transactions are accurately and correctly recorded.
• Assisting with other day‑to‑day accounting and administrative activities within the Finance team.
• Collaborating with Finance colleagues and other internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• You have an analytical mindset and work in a precise, structured, and organized manner.
• Available to start in February 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Available for a minimum of 32–40 hours per week.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a hybrid setup, with 2–3 days per week at our Eindhoven office.
• Eager to gain practical experience in accounting and financial processes and learn in an international business environment.
