Job summary

Repligen Corp in Breda is seeking an Accountant to join our European Finance team and help ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. This role covers month-end close, cash management, reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audit support in a collaborative, international environment.

You will work in a hybrid model—three days in the office and two days from home—offering flexibility while maintaining rigour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Track and account for prepaid expenses and accruals.
• Assist with revenue recognition reviews and testing.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting activities, including month-end close, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audit support. You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals in a collaborative and international environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged. You'll work based out of Breda in a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
