Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-oriented administrative role within a similar sector.
• Ability to handle administrative changes, inquiries by email or phone.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise incoming client requests to the right teams with fast feedback.
• Process and follow up on changes based on client needs or advisor instructions.
• Send policy documents and invoices to relations with related financial bookings.
• Schedule visits for account managers and prepare administrative materials.
• Continuously seek ways to improve cross-team collaboration and processes for client service.
