Job summary

Snap Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking an Account Manager to join the Sales team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will build and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners, delivering performance and ROI for campaigns.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll partner with account executives and strategists to develop data-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, educating clients on products and driving adoption of Snap’s self-service platform. Office presence expected 4+ days per week.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing data to drive campaign performance.
• Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing or ad-tech/programmatic RTB.
• Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills; ability to present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to develop campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Educate brands on Snap products and best practices; support adoption of self-serve tools.
