Job summary

NTS Group Eindhoven is seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC Miller to join a modern automated production cell. You will operate high-end 5-axis mills (Hermle/DMG Mori) with 24/7 robot loading to produce components for the semiconductor and analytical industries.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in 5-axis CNC milling, the ability to read technical drawings, and fluency in Dutch. Expect a hands-on, quality-focused position in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary vocational education (MBO) in Machining or Metal Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with demonstrable experience in 5-axis milling.
• Experience in a high-tech production environment with high accuracy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Responsible for own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output.
• Performing tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy.
• Checking and measuring products for tolerances down to the micron level.
• Identifying deviations and contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement.
