Job summary

At NTS Hengelo, a 5-axis CNC Miller is sought to work in a modern automated environment on high-quality components for semiconductor and analytical industries. You’ll oversee your own machine and production cell, from setup to 24/7 output, with ownership and a quality-focused mindset.

You will operate high-end Makino and DMG machines with robot loading, plan ahead, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational education in Machining or Metal Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with demonstrable 5-axis milling experience.
• Reading technical drawings and measuring with common tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Being responsible for your own production cell, including robot loading and 24/7 output.
• Performing tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy.
• Inspecting and measuring products for tolerances down to the micron level.
• Identifying deviations and actively contributing to process optimization.
