Job summary

Recolo is looking for an organized and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor for a modern 4-star hotel in the Utrecht area. You will lead the morning team, inspect rooms and public areas to meet 4-star standards before check-in.

The role requires an early start at 06:00 or 07:00, and you must live in or near Utrecht with reliable transport. Join a respected hotel group and contribute to a high-standard service environment with English or Dutch communication.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally in supervision or senior role.
• Based in or near Utrecht with reliable transport for early starts (06:00/07:00).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and common areas for cleanliness and detail.
• Coordinate daily room allocations and guide the housekeeping team during service.
• Ensure stock levels, linen closets, and supply carts are fully prepped for the shift.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property directly to management.
