Job summary

EW Facility Services is seeking a working supervisor to bridge the team and hotel operations in Utrecht. You will actively clean rooms and corridors while directing the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You must be able to lead, motivate, and supervise staff, with Dutch and/or English language skills. The role offers a Monday–Sunday schedule with a typical 09:00–15:00 shift and opportunities for permanent placement after 8 months.

Qualifications

• Experience as cleaner with some supervisory duties.
• Ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, corridors and lobby areas.
• Lead, motivate, and coach team members.
• Inspect rooms and adjust as needed.
• Resolve minor issues or anomalies promptly.
• Create daily schedules and assign tasks.
• Manage linen distribution and inventory.
• Communicate with hotel reception about requests.
