A leading company in the fitness industry is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to drive membership sales at Anytime Fitness. The role involves outreach, customer service, and administrative duties, aimed at enhancing member satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
- Experience in sales and marketing roles in the fitness industry is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through outreach and networking.
- Build relationships with potential and existing members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.

Monthly Salary: RM1800 to RM3500
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Drive membership sales through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct tours of the club to potential members, showcasing our facilities and programs.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert prospects into members.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing community events and member engagement activities.
