A leading technology firm in Ipoh is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices and reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or equivalent and is adept at meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking billing details, and collaborating with the purchasing team. Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but relevant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process high volume of vendor invoices.
- Check and verify billing items, unit price, item quantity and sales/use tax.
- Do invoice attachment.
- Reconcile vendor statement of account.
- Follow-up invoice & PO discrepancies with purchasing team.
- Track recurring bills and prepare accrual for unprocessed invoices.
- Perform AP and Purchasing module close at month-end.

- Strong work ethic with an aptitude for numbers
