The Teacher is responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning experiences that support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. This includes planning and implementing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining effective classroom management, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to ensure that every student reaches their full potential in line with the school’s vision and curriculum standards.

• Prepare, mark and record results of internal assessments in a timely manner according to fair allocations devised by the Head of Department.
• Identify and devise personal development targets that align with the school’s aims and objectives.
• Monitor, review and where necessary modify teaching methods and programmes of work.
• Stay current with developments within their subject area(s) and on a whole‑school basis, continually developing pedagogical practice.

The teacher will report to the Head of Primary.

Appropriate Degree and teaching qualification e.g. Bachelor’s Degree with teaching qualification, PGDT/Diploma in Education or relevant degree.

• At least two (2) years of teaching experience in international or national syllabus.
• Strong commitment and passion for education and concern for students’ welfare.
• PC literate and able to use multimedia resources in the classroom.
• Highly motivated, full of initiative, disciplined and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
