Job summary

RedPlus Media Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Account Executive for Xiaohongshu Operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will liaison between clients and the agency, orchestrating content execution, calendars, and performance-driven improvements.

You'll craft Xiaohongshu copy, plan shoots, upload posts, and monitor metrics. A mix of creative storytelling and data analysis, with Mandarin-English communication, will help you deliver consistent, high-quality results across brands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media management experience preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency required for client communication.
• Strong copywriting and understanding of social media trends.
• Proficient in content shooting and basic editing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — receive briefs, align on timelines, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Develop monthly content calendars, write compelling Xiaohongshu copy including titles, notes, and hashtags, and adapt tone and style to suit each brand's identity.
• Plan and execute content shoots (mobile or camera), capture photos and videos, coordinate with content creators, and handle basic post-production editing.
• Upload and schedule Xiaohongshu posts, apply accurate tags and labels, and continuously optimise content based on performance data.
• Track key performance metrics, compile weekly analytics reports, and translate data insights into actionable content improvements.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and inbox messages, follow up on client concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
