Job description

Why Join Us?

Take ownership of a cybersecurity product that helps protect a global organisation operating across 61 countries and serving more than 105 million customers.

Three reasons this opportunity stands out:

  • Global impact: Strengthen endpoint security and cyber resilience across a complex, international technology environment.
  • Real product ownership: Shape the XDR roadmap, guide product evolution and influence how the solution is delivered across multiple entities.
  • High-visibility collaboration: Work at the intersection of Security Operations, technology teams, business stakeholders and leading security vendors.

You will join a multicultural environment where technical expertise, strategic thinking and strong stakeholder relationships directly influence security outcomes.

About the Role

As XDR Security Expert, you will lead the ongoing development and delivery of our Extended Detection and Response product.

Your mission will be to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving cybersecurity needs, delivers reliable service and helps security teams identify, investigate and remediate threats effectively. You will connect technical teams, operational stakeholders, local security representatives and vendors, turning complex requirements into clear priorities and measurable improvements.

This is an opportunity to combine cybersecurity expertise with product leadership in a large-scale, international environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape the product roadmap by translating cybersecurity priorities, business needs and stakeholder feedback into clear product initiatives.
  • Expand the reach of the XDR platform by guiding the onboarding of entities and supporting successful adoption.
  • Improve security outcomes by identifying opportunities to strengthen detection, response, compliance and risk reduction.
  • Drive reliable product delivery and ensure services meet agreed quality and service expectations.
  • Lead incident coordination and escalation, working with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and follow remediation through to completion.
  • Partner with security and technology teams to optimise existing capabilities and align the product with operational requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with local security teams, senior stakeholders, vendors and service providers across an international network.
  • Anticipate product changes by monitoring vendor roadmaps, assessing their potential impact and communicating upcoming developments.
  • Turn technical complexity into clarity through concise documentation, practical procedures and effective communication.
  • Strengthen product governance by reviewing security policies, supporting standardisation and ensuring consistency between design and delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement by bringing forward new ideas, external insights and opportunities for innovation.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT, including hands‑on exposure to information security and XDR products.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management and service delivery.
  • Experience contributing to or owning a technical product roadmap.
  • The ability to assess cybersecurity risks and translate them into practical product priorities.
  • Confidence coordinating incidents, escalations and remediation activities across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex operational scenarios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural or large‑scale enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Endpoint Security Product (Crowdstrike falcon is bonus), Proxy, Network, SIEM (Sentinel) and SOAR (Google SecOps)
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT product issues (read window logs, product logs), trace network traffic, proxy policies, etc.

  • Have development experience to write code using Python or Powershell (AI agent development is bonus)

  • Understanding of Product Life Cycle (PLC) including release management

What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity incident management, investigation or forensics.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale XDR, endpoint detection or security operations capabilities.
  • Knowledge of security architecture, vulnerability management, assurance, audit or business continuity.
  • Experience collaborating directly with cybersecurity vendors and technical account managers.
  • An information security certification.
  • A postgraduate qualification in project management, IT or a related field.
  • The ability to communicate in French.
  • A track record of influencing decisions and delivering outcomes in a matrix organisation.
  • A collaborative leadership style and experience coaching or mentoring others.
What We Offer
  • A role with visible impact on the protection and resilience of a global organisation.
  • The opportunity to influence the direction of a strategic cybersecurity product.
  • Exposure to complex security challenges, international stakeholders and evolving technologies.
  • Close collaboration with experienced specialists across Security Operations, DevOps, technology and Group Security.
  • Opportunities to deepen your expertise in XDR, product management, incident response and enterprise security.
  • A multicultural environment that values knowledge sharing, thoughtful decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • The scope to build your professional network across internal security teams, business entities and industry partners.
