AXA Group Operations is seeking a Network & Endpoint Security Operations Specialist to protect AXA’s technology environment from external threats and endpoint risks. You’ll work with the Group Security - Asia & IMa Security Operations team, combining hands-on security with product oversight and risk analysis.

You will act as a trusted security expert, strengthen defenses across IPS, WAF, proxy, DDoS, firewall technologies, and oversee EDR/DLP controls while advising stakeholders on security

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in network or endpoint security.
• Experience translating security data into actionable guidance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR.

About the Role

As a Network & Endpoint Security Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in protecting AXA’s technology environment from external threats, unauthorized access, network attacks and endpoint risks.

Working within the Group Security - Asia & IMa Security Operations team, you’ll combine hands-on security expertise with product oversight, risk analysis, and stakeholder advisory. It’s an opportunity to broaden your influence across two high-impact security domains while helping build stronger, more resilient defenses.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted expert for network and endpoint security, connecting technical operations with business priorities.

• Strengthen network defenses across IPS, WAF, proxy, DDoS protection, and firewall technologies.

• Investigate incidents and anomalies, assess firewall-rule risks, and identify opportunities to improve security products.

• Oversee endpoint protection capabilities including antivirus, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and encryption.

• Help ensure endpoints remain protected, monitored and aligned with security policies.

• Partner with global security teams to continuously improve defensive capabilities.

• Advise stakeholders on security risks, priorities, and product decisions.

• Transform operational data into clear dashboards, reporting, and meaningful security insights.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience in network and endpoint security services.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex security data into practical recommendations.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Experience applying security controls to operational technology services.

• Proficiency with reporting and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Power BI.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings effectively.

• An organized, methodical approach combined with strong problem-solving skills.

• A degree, diploma, or relevant training in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
