AXA is seeking an XDR Security Expert to lead the ongoing development and delivery of our Extended Detection and Response product in a large-scale, international setting.

You will translate evolving cybersecurity needs into clear priorities, collaborate with security and technology teams, and guide incident coordination to remediation. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with product leadership in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of IT security experience with XDR products or similar.
• Experience with security operations, incident management and service delivery.
• Experience contributing to or owning a technical product roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Shape the XDR product roadmap by translating security priorities into initiatives.
• Expand reach of the XDR platform through onboarding of entities and adoption support.
• Improve security outcomes with stronger detection, response and risk reduction.
• Drive reliable product delivery ensuring quality and service levels.
