Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a team delivering concierge, reception, meeting and event support, and admin duties within a designated building.

You will supervise staff, shape schedules, and drive client relationships while partnering with vendors to optimize services and cost savings. This role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and alignment with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships. Negotiate with clients and partners to resolve conflicting priorities.
• Ensure team support is efficient and consistent. Suggest process improvements and develop strategic solutions.
• Identify training needs for Workplace Experience teams and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Develop vendor partnerships and manage contract services with proper documentation.
• Oversee programs ran by third party vendors, including events, transportation, and mail distribution.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to align with department objectives.
