Tonyshare Electronic Material Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, including wire drawing machines, following SOPs.

You will set up, adjust, and run machinery to meet daily production targets, perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, inspect outputs for quality, and report any major faults to the supervisor. Overtime and shift work are required.

Formación

• Minimum experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing.
• Experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance and basic repairs.
• Ability to identify machine faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.
• Experience with wire drawing or metal wire processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures preferred.
• Capable of working independently and staying disciplined.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production machinery, including wire drawing machines, according to SOP.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machines to meet production requirements.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
• Identify machine faults and take corrective action.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for quality.
• Report major breakdowns and issues to supervisor or maintenance team.
• Record daily production output and maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the production area.
