Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Windows environments. You will manage Windows Server administration, create automation via PowerShell, and handle monitor­ing, AD, backup, and DR operations.

You will work across Windows and multi‑platform environments, supporting critical business applications and infrastructure services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure platform stability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and above.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience administering Active Directory.
• Knowledge of server monitoring and capacity management.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Understanding networking basics (DNS, firewalls, load balancing).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server 2019+ environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Monitor server performance and capacity; perform tuning.
• Manage Active Directory users and groups.
• Execute backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Support deployments and platform maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure platform reliability.
• Assist in patching and security compliance.
• Maintain operational docs and support knowledge base.
