Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure stability, security, and performance of critical IT systems while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include patch management, incident resolution, and collaboration with development teams. You will mentor junior staff and participate in after-hours on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration, operating system support, or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools.

• Participate in 24x7 on‑call support and incident management activities when required.

• Relevant certifications in Linux, Microsoft, AWS, or infrastructure‑related technologies.
• Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise environments.
