Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking an IT engineering/ops professional to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security technologies in Petaling Jaya. You will resolve incidents, administer Windows Server and AD, and manage Azure/M365 services with a focus on security and automation.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Azure and security tooling expertise, and a collaborative, proactive approach to cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT engineering or operations experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security technologies.
• Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GP, PKI lifecycle management.
• Strong in Azure administration, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, cloud networking and CSP licensing management.
• Experience with Defender XDR/Office 365 security and Cloud Security Posture Management.
• Experience administering Airlock Digital or similar allowlisting platform.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint security, monitoring, and allowlisting services.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PKI lifecycle management.
• Operate Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and CSP licensing.
• Manage security controls with Defender XDR, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365.
• Automate repeatable processes to improve platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, and change management processes.
