Job summary

Ecoworld International is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, and DHCP, while overseeing M365 administration and security. The role entails administering backups, printers, and endpoint protection, plus coordinating infrastructure projects across office locations.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows issues, perform health checks, and implement security updates and vulnerability remediation to maintain robust IT

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Administration of core Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
• Management of user access rights and resources (printers).
• Troubleshooting Windows-related issues and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows-based desktop and server infrastructure in AD environment.
• Manage backups and restoration for critical servers and systems.
• Monitor endpoint protection and antivirus solutions; ensure patch management.
• Configure and manage firewall policies and access control rules; address network security issues.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure projects from planning to deployment across office locations.
• Provide desktop support and standardize office productivity apps and OS across the organization.
• Support special assignments and strategic IT initiatives as needed.
