Job summary

Synergy Staffing seeks a Logistics Operator - White Glove / Material Handler to support warehouse operations in Shah Alam. You must hold an SPM, a valid driving license, and a GDL license, and be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Long hours in ambient conditions, with forklift and tool handling, are required.

responsibilities include safely handling server racks, uncrating, assembling, and delivering to COLO rooms, with strict adherence to SOP and proper housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work long hours in an ambient warehouse environment.
• Knowledge on transport requirements, power tools, and forklift/truck specs.

Responsibilities

• Lay floor protection and handle server racks safely for delivery.
• Uncrate, install accessories, and prepare server racks in the DC.
• Unbox BBU/Power Whips and move to the COLO room.
• Push and install servers into racks and ensure SOP compliance.
• Housekeeping after delivery and report incidents promptly.
