ITSU WORLD Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a results-oriented Sales Adviser to drive product awareness and purchases across our wellness range. You will engage customers, provide outstanding service, and participate in mall roadshows to bolster the company’s sales strategy.

The role requires strong communication, independent work ethic, and a passion for wellness products. Training, development, and promotional opportunities are provided in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary school/ SPM/'O' Level / SKM in any related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or retail industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
• Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
• Passionate about wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers to explain products and stimulate purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wellness products and stay updated on trends and technologies.
• Participate in roadshows and work with the team to support a cohesive sales strategy.
• Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
