Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Selangor is seeking a customer-focused health advisor to join our store team. You will provide nutritional guidance, maintain stock levels, and ensure engaging and compliant health-related promotions.

Responsibilities include delivering high-standard customer service, organizing shop operations, and supporting sales targets for the Health Division. Malaysian citizens with a passion for wellbeing are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Nutrition, Food science or Dietetics.
• Fluent Malay and English language abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and results-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of stock levels at all times.
• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice to customers.
• Track and review health division sales objectives to meet targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for health items, promotions and price tags.
• Handle stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock levels for healthcare dept.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and deliver customer service.
