Job summary

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
• Nutritional consultation and delivery of product advice to customers.
• Track and review the Health Division sales objective to meet targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of health items including displays and price tags.
• Handle stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock levels.
• Uptake cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
• Provide health tests to customers during promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
