Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a health-focused professional to deliver friendly, expert customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will advise customers on nutrition and health products, maintain stock levels, and support promotional activities to drive sales.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics, strong Bahasa Melayu and English, and a passion for health and wellbeing. Shift work, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy levels.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintain stock levels at all times.
• Provide nutritional consultation and product advice.
• Track and review sales objectives of Health Division to meet targets.
• Maintain health item housekeeping, displays and price tags.
• Conduct overall stock maintenance, ordering, and receiving.
• Keep stocks and shelves clean and tidy.
• Provide health tests during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
