Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Retail Health Advisor to join our Health Division. You will deliver friendly service, manage stock, and provide nutritional consultations to help customers make informed choices.

A minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in nutrition-related fields, plus Bahasa Melayu and English, are required. You must be able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and you should have an outgoing, energetic personality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Dietetics.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality, positive and energetic.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
• Nutritional consultation and deliver excellent product advice to our customers.
• Track and review the sales objective of the Health Division to achieve targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of health items including promotional displays and price tags.
• Stock maintenance, ordering, receiving and stock level management.
• Uphold cleanliness and tidiness of stocks and shelves.
• Provide health tests to customers during promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
