Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, health sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in direct selling or network marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with brand partners and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with brand partners, especially key leaders, to strengthen connection and drive growth.
• Identify and develop emerging leaders through coaching and regular follow-ups.
• Assist brand partners in creating training materials and deliver programs for various experience levels.
• Plan and execute events, brand partner trainings, recognition programs, and incentive trips.
• Manage vendor responsibilities including sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.
• Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for meetings and communications with field stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing to organize product launches, health fairs, and open days.
• Contribute to sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet targets.
• Execute incentive programs and manage logistics, communications, and partner experience.
• Analyze sales data and market performance; provide weekly insights to management.
• Maintain dashboards to track sales initiatives and progress.
