Jora Malaysia is seeking a Welding Coordinator based in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. The role involves organizing welding operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring WPS availability for welders. 1.1 You shall coordinate meeting, preparing report for the meeting and taking MOM.
1.2 To present welder performance ratings, quality achievement in welding for Senawang.
2. Welding Machines
2.1 Maintaining list of welding machines and its allocation, distributing and maintain the machines in excellent conditions to produce good quality weld. Maintain the policy of giving the latest machines to important welding station.
1.2 Checking adequacy of machines for welders, raising PR for purchase of machines and ensuring timely arrival for use.
3. Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
3.1 To maintain the list of latest WPS, ensuring availability of correct WPS for welders.
3.2 Work with QA/QC to develop new WPS in the event of changes in consumables.
4. Problem Solving
4.1 To lead in the solving of welding problems, based on data collected from QA/QC.
4.2 To formulate a working schedule to implement countermeasures to overcome problems through standardization.
5. Training of welders
5.1 To maintain a list of welders, with their performance ratings.
5.2 To maintain training module and training schedule for all welders.
5.3 To maintain training module and administer training for new welders, ensuring proper facilities are provided to them.
6. Development
6.1 To develop and test new welding machines and consumable. To coordinate with QA/QC to develop new WPS to cover the change of consumables.
6.2 To develop new equipment, processes to improve quality and productivity.
7. Audit
7.1 To audit welding process, from time to time and report to Welding Committee on findings of audit.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
