Job summary

Trimble in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote) is looking for a Customer Care Representative in a weekend-centric role with a four-day schedule. You will work Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays 8:00–20:00 with an option to add 7 hours on a different day.

Deliver exceptional service by phone and email, quote and align solutions to customer needs, drive subscription renewals, assist with onboarding, and process orders while keeping client data accurate.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Customer-focused attitude with a service mindset.
• Some experience using a database management system.
• Basic software/IT skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email with prompt, helpful service.
• Provide quotes, share product knowledge, and match needs to solutions.
• Drive subscription renewals, upsell services, and troubleshoot issues.
• Process sales orders/payments and maintain data integrity across systems.
