We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Operations & Support Intern to join our digital team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our online presence, ensuring content quality, and supporting daily digital operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our website, manage internal support systems, and help deliver an exceptional user experience.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our online presence, ensuring content quality, and supporting daily digital operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our website, manage internal support systems, and help deliver an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Do

Content Management & Localization: Assist various team roles in creating, cleaning up, and updating website content while managing content translations to ensure global alignment.

Operational Support: Execute daily website operational tasks and maintenance duties to keep digital platforms running smoothly.

Quality Assurance & Enhancements: Coordinate website quality assurance topics, track bug fixes, and assist in the rollout and follow-up of new website features or enhancements.

Ticket Monitoring: Actively monitor and support incoming requests via the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely resolution or routing of technical and content issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between content creators, project managers, and technical teams to streamline website workflows.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
