Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a capable mobile software developer to build web and mobile solutions following technical designs. You will craft iOS and Android apps, write unit tests, and create reusable components to support multiple projects.

You will coordinate with IT staff to utilize shared services and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle, including documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Experience developing apps for internal or consumer use on popular stores.
• Proven mobile app design, delivery and maintenance experience.
• Proficient with Objective-C/Swift, Xcode, Android Studio and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of mobile architectures and design patterns.
• Experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with Web Services and JSON/XML.

Responsibilities

• Build web and mobile solutions for our customer base.
• Develop web, iOS and Android apps per technical design specs.
• Design, configure and implement software systems.
• Write unit tests for new and existing code.
• Design and build modular reusable components.
• Contribute to multiple projects and tasks across teams.
• Ensure shared services are used and best practices followed.
• Design/develop reusable frameworks, components and services.
• Develop application specifications, tests and implementations.
• Coordinate with IT staff to leverage shared services.
• Produce project plans, requirements and design documents, use cases, storyboard.
