Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking a Wealth Talent Optimiser (WTO) to lead a team of Wealth Planning Executives (WPEs) and drive customer acquisition, sales productivity and business growth. The role emphasizes field presence, joint customer appointments, coaching and ensuring execution of the Direct Sales operating model.

The successful candidate combines sales leadership with hands-on coaching to develop frontline capabilities and deliver high-performing sales teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in insurance/financial services.
• Experience leading a sales team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of WPE to achieve sales, activation and productivity targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture built on accountability, professionalism and customer‑centricity.
• Act as a role model for professional sales behaviours and maintain a strong and visible presence in the field alongside WPEs.
• Gather customer and market insights through direct field interactions and provide feedback to management.
