Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or possesses Professional Qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within insurance, banking, financial services or other consultative sales environments.
• Experience in leading a sales team will be a great advantage.
• Strong sales and productivity track record.
• Strong sales coaching and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and performance in a target-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and customer focus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of WPE to achieve sales, activation and productivity targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture built on accountability, professionalism and customer-centricity.
• Act as a role model for professional sales behaviours and maintain a strong and visible presence in the field alongside WPEs.
• Gather customer and market insights through direct field interactions and provide feedback to management.
• Support onboarding of new WPE and conduct joint field appointments.
• Ensure WPE develop sustainable prospecting habits and coach team members on referral generation, networking and pipeline development strategies.
• Provide real-time coaching on customer engagement, objection handling and closing techniques to improve overall sales effectiveness.
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Support WPEs in managing complex customer cases and high-value opportunities.
• Conduct role plays, sales simulations and skill-building sessions to strengthen sales competencies.
