Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably retail banking.
• Understanding of deposits, loans, investments (unit trusts, bonds, equities), and insurance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with drive to achieve sales targets.
• Industry certifications (FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with individual clients.
• Conduct financial needs analyses to identify suitable banking, investment, insurance, and lending products.
• Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely to clients.
• Provide personalized financial planning advice, including retirement planning, wealth management, and investment strategies.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and recommendations based on market conditions and client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments within RHB Bank to offer integrated financial solutions to clients.
• Keep abreast of market trends, economic developments, and new product offerings to effectively advise clients.
