Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (Nationwide) to market wealth management products and services, analyse customers’ financial requirements, and attract high-net-worth clients to Privilege Banking while cross-selling a full range of consumer products. You will manage and grow customers in the Privilege Banking Centre and ensure quality service at all times.

Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent with at least two years of sales experience; experience

Qualifications

• Degree or its equivalent, with at least 2 year sales experience.
• Experience in the financial-related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets through teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Market the Bank’s wealth management products and services.
• Analyse customers’ financial requirements and solicit high-net worth customers to join Privilege Banking and cross sell a full range of consumer products.
• Manage and grow customers in the Privilege Banking Centre and ensure quality customer service at all times.
