Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking a Preferred Relationship Manager to build and manage client relationships in Klang, Shah Alam and Subang. You will provide wealth planning guidance, source leads through proactive outreach and convert opportunities into sales.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a sales-driven environment. A degree or diploma and relevant licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a branch sales environment.
• Possess mandatory licenses such as IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, TBE.
• Result oriented, passionate about marketing and open to new challenges.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused, delivering excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Strong interpersonal skill and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage customer relationships by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.
• Manage customer relationships to increase share of wallet under the Farmer concept.
• Provide financial planning advice to customers - focusing on Wealth Management Products.
• Take initiative and run activities to source leads.
• Keep abreast of customers' needs and market trends and competitors' programme offers and activities for targeted customers regularly.
• Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.
