Job summary

NEW HEART NETWORK SDN. BHD. (HNJ) seeks an insurance support professional in Kuching to calculate premiums, process payments, and assist clients with claims and policy setup.

You will maintain records, attend meetings, and continuously learn about new products to better tailor coverage for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin an advantage.
• Minimum SPM five credits.
• Able to work in a team and outgoing.
• Own transportation and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Calculate premiums and establish payment methods.
• Report progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.
• Monitor insurance claims.
• Meet customers’ expectations to ensure satisfaction with insurance coverage.
• Educate yourself on the industry and new products.
• Fulfill policy requirements.
• Assist clients in settling insurance claims.
• Customize insurance programs to suit customer needs.
• Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including forms.
• Inspect property to assess insurance risk.
• Ensure paperwork is filled and filed to put policies in place.
