Job summary

New Heart Network (NHN) in Kuching is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an insurance sales role. You will attend meetings to learn about products, customize programs for customers, and assist with claims while ensuring policy paperwork is completed accurately.

Fresh graduates are encouraged. Proficiency in Malay and English is required, with Mandarin an advantage. Must have own transport; commissions and bonus are offered and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Minimum 5 credits in SPM required.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Own transportation and driving license required.

• Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about products & services.
• Report progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Meet customers’ expectations to ensure satisfaction of insurance coverage.
• Help clients settle insurance claims.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.
• Ensure policy requirements are fulfilled, including forms.
• Inspect property to assess insurance risk.
• File and complete paperwork to put policies in place.
• Assist customers in completing applications and liaise with insurers.

• Help clients settle any claims on their insurance.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including completion of the appropriate forms.
• Inspect property in order to examine its overall condition and decide its insurance risk.
• Make sure all paperwork is filled out and filed to put insurance policies in place.
• Assist customers in properly completing insurance applications in order to act as an intermediary between the customer and the insurance company.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 5 credits in SPM
• Fresh Graduate encourage to join us
• Able to communicate in Malay & English (Knowing mandarin would be an advantage)
• Able to work in a team, willing to learn & an outgoing person
• Required to have own transportation & driving license
